We’re looking for a practical, customer-oriented person to join our team in Reykjavík. The role mixes hands-on bike work with helping customers in the shop, so you should be comfortable moving between the workshop and the sales floor.
What you’ll do:
- Repair and maintain a range of bikes, including e-bikes
- Prepare and tune our rental fleet
- Assist customers with rentals, purchases, and basic advice
- Keep the workshop and shop floor tidy and organized
- Support occasional outdoor tasks connected to tours or equipment checks
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a bike mechanic or strong mechanical skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Reliable and organized
- English required (Icelandic is a plus)

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and outdoorsy people to join our team as Bike Guides in Reykjavík for the summer season. If you enjoy meeting people, riding bikes, and sharing Iceland’s stories, this role is a great fit.
What you’ll do:
- Lead guided bike tours in and around Reykjavík
- Share local knowledge, fun facts, and stories in a clear and engaging way
- Ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of
- Do basic bike checks before and after tours
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable riding a bike for several hours
- Enjoy working with international guests
- Responsible, positive, and adaptable
- English required (other languages are a plus)
- Guiding experience is required
